Course Overview



'To be, or not to be, that is the question…' Shakespeare is the most renowned playwright to have ever existed - ever wondered why that is? Over the course of this programme, students will delve into some of Shakespeare's most famous works. Through closely analysing his plays and studying their context, students will develop a greater understanding and appreciation of the Bard's wonderful canon of writing. At the end of the course, students will be equipped with both a comprehensive knowledge of Shakespeare's work and invaluable literary analytical skills which they can apply to any text they go on to study.
