Have you ever considered incorporating some plant-based meals into your diet? Are you worried it will be too complicated, too expensive, or the food just won't taste as good? This course is here to get rid of those misconceptions and prove that a plant-based meal can be delicious, healthy and ultimately easy to make. This course covers six plant-based recipes, which are packed full of flavour, use simple ingredients found in any supermarket, and are easy to slot into busy, everyday life. You do not need to be a confident cook to take this course, as the focus is on simple, healthy and easy recipes which still taste fantastic. By the end of these six lessons, students will have made a big step towards embracing a plant-based diet.
