Course Overview



This course is an introduction to yoga, how it can increase our flexibility, not only in the body but also in the mind. Many people think only certain jobs or lifestyles require flexibility. It is so important to your health and wellbeing to keep a flexible body. We hold a lot of tension, stress and past traumas in areas such as hips, shoulders, neck and hamstrings. When we work on our flexibility, it can be quite distressing; this is the mind, this is totally normal - this is all our pain and worry being released. It is also very important to keep a flexible body to prevent any injuries, joint pain or back problems in the future. Let go of your tension, in body and mind!
