This course is an introduction to Hatha Yoga and how it can help energise and focus you at the beginning of the day, the week or a lesson/revision session. The human brain sometimes doesn't behave and won't focus on one thing for more than ten to fifteen minutes. This may be because you feel sluggish or just distracted. Yoga is here to help! This course will give you techniques and postures that you can keep with you forever. These will help you wake up, refresh your brain, release tension, increase creativity and finally, relax. Each lesson will concentrate on certain postures or techniques so students can really feel the benefit.
