This course is for anyone who would like to improve their confidence and sense of wellbeing. Harnessing the powers of positive thinking, constructive self-talk, gratitude, mindfulness and neuroplasticity, 'How to Believe in Your Wonderful Self' will give any student the tools they need to boost their self-image, break any unhelpful thinking patterns and form better ones. Research shows that lacking confidence has a significant and lasting impact on how we function at school, at work and even in our relationships. This course aims to make confidence and good self-esteem accessible to everyone so that we can all get on with enjoying life! A range of useful transferable skills are taught on this programme.
