A guide to mastering your inner world. This journey will include movement, mindfulness, dance and meditation to bolster positive patterns and increase personal growth.
This is a self-development course to help students find a more in-depth relationship with their personal inner world. Using movement and mindfulness, students shall journey into their individual, unique, imaginative psyches to find nuggets of wisdom from their wise subconscious and cosmic connection to the universe. The programme brings students' attention to the universe within, in the interest of connecting them to the universe around them. This course uses dance and meditation to create positive thinking patterns, promote personal growth and give students the coping mechanisms to continue to think positively going forward. By the end of this course, students will have gained a far deeper sense of self and an increased level of happiness to boot.
