Course Overview



What is Vocal Wellbeing? We use our voice day-in and day-out. We are in constant communication but have we ever learned how to look after our vocal health or explore our vocal capabilities? There are so many benefits to singing, including learning healthy breathing techniques, confidence-boosting, using your core to project and understanding the power of tone. This course's mission is to help encourage all those benefits with this. Vocal freedom and emotional freedoms are one and the same. This programme looks into singing and vocal techniques to shed light on how to look after your vocals and how to use the gift of your voice to benefit you. Students will learn how to clearly and authentically communicate, sing with joy, manage performance anxiety, set goals and maintain solid singing fitness. Lessons are fun, holistic, energising and empowering.
