Would you like to feel more calm and relaxed during your pregnancy? Research shows that lowering stress and tension in pregnancy has benefits for you and your baby. Students will learn how to build in daily relaxation practice with this course, designed especially with pregnancy in mind. With a clinical hypnotherapist, hypnobirthing Educator and perinatal wellbeing expert, over five lessons students will learn why relaxation is so important and the benefits of regular relaxation. By the end of the programme, students will have learnt specific breathing techniques, full-body relaxation exercises and they will have also had an introduction to mindfulness. During the lesson, students will be guided through the technique so that they can experience the benefits and build confidence in themselves. These strategies can also be used for relaxation during birth.
