Learn practical tools and techniques to help support your mental and physical health. Furthermore, master how to monitor mental wellbeing, through journaling, mindfulness, sleep and looking after yourself physically.
If you have had a baby in the last two years and would like to learn more about your wellbeing, then this self-help course is for you. With a clinical hypnotherapist and perinatal wellbeing expert, over five lessons students will learn practical tools and techniques to help support their own mental and physical health. This course will take a holistic look at how students can lose the guilt and focus on their own needs, whilst learning more about matresence (the transition into motherhood) and why self-care is so important during this time. Students will also learn more about monitoring their mental wellbeing, through journaling, mindfulness, sleep and looking after themselves physically. Through a compassionate approach, students will learn to stop the negative inner critic and treat themselves with more kindness so that they can be more present as a parent.
