Course Overview

Are you struggling to fall asleep? Perhaps you would like to prioritise getting a better night's sleep? Or your sleeping patterns are not how you would like them to be? Being able to fall asleep and rest deeply is deeply beneficial and improves concentration at work, learning and overall mental wellbeing. Research shows that you are able to significantly improve insomnia and sleep difficulties through self-help and hypnosis techniques. On this guided self-help course, over five lessons students will learn all about why sleep matters and how much sleep they actually need. Students will also gain a better understanding of their sleep routine, learn effective relaxation techniques and how they can use self-hypnosis to help quieten their mind so they can fall asleep quickly. Students will have a chance to practice the techniques with a clinical hypnotherapist, so that they can feel more rested and in control of their sleep patterns.
