If you would like to learn how to feel less stress and to be more relaxed in life, then this self-help course is for you. Using an evidence-based, skills-training approach, students will learn simple and effective stress management techniques with a clinical hypnotherapist. Over six lessons, students will be guided through the psychoeducation and physiology of stress. They will learn how to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress and tension. Through guided practice, students can learn how they can use their own in-built relaxation system to feel relaxed in their mind and body, including strategies such as breathing techniques, muscle relaxation and tension-release methods. By the end of the course, students will have simple, effective tools to lower their stress and be more relaxed.
