This course is designed for philosophy students or anyone interested in the theory of knowledge and critical thinking. During this course, students will delve into different theories of knowledge, exploring theses and developing opinions on different perspectives. This course will have a strong focus on important philosophers through history and their ideas. Can knowledge be justified? How do we attain knowledge? This programme will explore these questions and many more, ending with a contemporary perspective. What does epistemology mean in today's world? During this lesson series, students will learn how to think critically, use specialist vocabulary and make convincing arguments. Free debate and discussion is strongly encouraged on this course, with students consistently invited to share their thoughts and opinions.
