Course Overview



Our breathing is influenced by our thoughts, and our thoughts and physiology can be influenced by our breath. Learning to breath consciously helps to restore balance in the mind and body. The different Pranayamas have different purposes. Some will increase the energy level in the body and makes us feel refreshed. Others will calm the mind, the body and make us feel relaxed and peaceful. In a stressful situation, we can decrease our worries and anxiety with the right breathing. Conscious breathing supports our healing process as it stimulates our immune system to work better. Learning and practicing some of these breathing techniques will make students' lives more healthy, relaxed and happy. During these interactive lessons, students will learn all the benefits and limitations, and the class will practise the most important Pranayamas together.
