On this experiential course, we explore specific techniques for wellbeing, so you have enough information to choose what works for you.

Since 2018, her organization has provided over a thousand individual, free therapy sessions as well as group sessions and workshops. She has worked with children, families, caretakers, survivors of sexual or police violence, young activists and students.
