In a safe environment of collective care and with a little bit of information you will have enough tools to make the changes you need to feel better. On this experiential course, we explore specific techniques for wellbeing, so you have enough information to choose what works for you.

Alejandra started a non-profit organization in response to the violent socio-political crisis of Nicaragua. Since 2018, her organization has provided over a thousand individual, free therapy sessions as well as group sessions and workshops. She has worked with children, families, caretakers, survivors of sexual or police violence, young activists and students.
