Course Overview

In the modern day, children face more stresses and pressures than ever before. Whether it's exam pressure, anxiety about being in crowded spaces again, or just the intensity of everyday life, there are many reasons for children to find life challenging. This course provides parents with ways to support their children with any anxieties they may be facing by offering a variety of tried and tested mindfulness activities. By teaching children mindfulness, we give them the tools to develop their confidence, build resilience and cope with stress. Each lesson focuses on a different part of mindfulness and offers a variety of activities. These can easily be implemented into everyday lives and can support children in developing their own mindfulness, helping them to focus, connect, and build meaningful relationships.
