Course Overview



So many of us would love to be able to accept ourselves as we are but life sometimes gets in the way! This course helps students address and work through issues with self-esteem, as well as providing the tools to be able to learn to self-love and facilitate a more confident and enlightened self. Using the E.M.P.O.W.E.R model, this programme guides students step-by-step to develop presence of mind and enables them to embark on their journeys together in a safe and supportive space.

Lucy has spent the past three years lecturing undergraduate students on a variety of health and wellness degree courses which include nutrition, psychological behaviour change, life coaching, anatomy and kinesiology, personal training and food science. She has also been teaching group fitness classes for five years to a variety of different clients from a wide range of backgrounds and fitness levels.
