From feeling overwhelmed or stuck in the day-to-day, this programme helps students to slow down and reconnect to what their body, mind and soul needs by building strong roots of self-care. Wellbeing is crucial to physical, mental and emotional health and impacts every aspect of people's lives. With research supporting the methods and tools shared in this course, students will rediscover their purpose and what’s important to them, learn the importance of positive habits, routines and rituals and develop their personal wellness plan to support their goals, lifestyle and happiness.
