Throughout my 10-year career in communications, I have educated a number of students through workshops for marketing skills, behaviour change and team building. This has been sharing knowledge and both practical and theory-based learning as part of a broader role in various companies.

Since training and becoming a certified life coach in 2020, I have furthered my studies and run regular group workshops and coaching programmes with students around wellbeing, self-care, managing time and building confidence. These are presentation led with exercises, worksheets and discussion to ensure students are taking away tools that will serve them and they can apply to their everyday lives.

I also work with clients on a one-to-one basis to help them with specific challenges they want to overcome or a goal they are working towards, and as an accountability partner for support and encouragement to help unlock their potential. Throughout my teaching and coaching, I share my own experiences and knowledge with a view to nurturing my students to realise their own solutions and interpreting the new insight so they can employ this in a way that works for them.

As a certified life & wellness coach, my mission is to educate, support and empower people to create the life they want. The more we understand ourselves, the more aligned and focused we become and the more awareness we have of who we want to be.

We are always learning, growing and changing, and it forms a huge part of my life. I have always been curious and passionate about personal growth, challenging myself and seeking my purpose. I work with individual clients and groups of students to help them tune into themselves, so they can prioritise their wellbeing and self-care, overcome being overwhelmed, manage their mindset, build confidence and self-belief to be their happiest selves.

Over the last 15 years, I have explored self-development and created a way of living that supports me to be the best I can be. I’ve experimented and created a system of tools, tips, resources and rituals to help me live a life that supports my ambitions, wellbeing and happiness. I love being able to share this with my students and empower them to find a way of living that’s right for them.

Outside of coaching, I am often outdoors, whether it’s a hike, spending time in the garden or cycling. Autumn is my favourite season, and daffodils in spring are my favourite flower. I love to cook and bake, learn new skills, and after mastering the headstand in my yoga practice, I am working towards the handstand!
