As a trained teacher with over seven years of experience, making learning come alive for students drives my work and makes it deeply rewarding.

As a private Educator, I deeply enjoy building strong working relationships with students and have received extremely positive feedback from them. I have worked to develop excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills. Building rapport with students and ensuring they feel comfortable in lessons has been key to my success as an Educator. Students frequently comment on how I go above and beyond to ensure they are extremely happy with the quality of the service I provide.

My aim is to make lessons as engaging as possible, especially for students who dislike academic subjects or feel they lack the ability to make progress. As I work with many students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, I have been able to identify some of the key barriers to learning. This has allowed me to create several of my own resources. I aim to make lessons exciting for students by using everything from magic tricks to online escape rooms.

I grew up on the beautiful, sunny island of Tenerife, surrounded by a tight-knit family with a sense of humour and enduring love for good food. In 2008, I moved to the UK and made London my home. Since then, I've gathered plentiful experience in the field of education (working in teaching, assessment and recruiting). I also love creating, whether this is through writing books, designing infographics or crafting engaging resources for my students. I've experimented with video editing and am fascinated by the world of film.

The most recent project I'm excited about is a YouTube channel to teach young people how to manage money - it's an essential skill that needs to be taught earlier in life.

True to my roots, I'm convinced that most problems in life can be resolved by a good meal and a belly laugh with people I care about. I also deeply enjoy reading, listening to podcasts and eating anything that contains chocolate!
