About Phoebe N

Predominately, I am a professional performer in musical theatre and have always had a passion for learning how to keep a healthy mind as well as a healthy body to benefit not just us, but for those around us, near and far. I expanded my curiosity and gained my 200 hour Yoga teaching qualification in Rishikesh, India, the capital of the yoga world. I am very passionate about spreading the knowledge and techniques of yoga as I believe it accommodates everyone no matter your ability, lifestyle, gender, religion, age.

Yoga can help in multiple ways and increase your immune system, your circulation, strength, flexibility, better your breathing habits, improve your focus and concentration, relieve and reduce stress, anxiety, insomnia, the list goes on. My classes are always a good balance of breath focus, building up a sweat and increasing our heart rate, stretching, releasing and lastly relaxation.

I teach beginner and intermediate level, happy to accommodate for different bodies, go as slow as is needed or implement challenges along the way for those more able. I always make sure I keep the philosophy and the real purpose of yoga at the forefront of your mind as we practise together, always honouring where the sacred practice came from.
