I have worked as a private Educator for two and a half years, delivering over 1000 hours of lessons in person, as well as delivering over 500 hours of online lessons during the Covid-19 pandemic. During this time, I have had extensive experience in successfully teaching and enthusing children from ages 4-17. This large range has enabled me to further develop my patience and teaching skill, differentiating my approach for different learning styles. I have worked with students with various SEN (Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD/ADD, Cerebral Palsy) and have received training on working with these in-depth.
The greatest part about teaching is the ability to see first-hand the growth of a child, both academically and socially. Having gone through the 11+ cycle three times now, seeing the progress throughout is one of the most rewarding aspects of the role. It is a pleasure to be able to provide outstanding education and know that you have contributed to their future.
In my spare time, I enjoy sport and exercise greatly. I play a sport called Kabaddi, and train along with the England squad. I am passionate about the use of technology in various forms, and love tinkering with different electrical items. I also enjoy playing video games from time to time to relax.
