For several years I worked as a chartered accountant, but I am now a full-time Educator who teaches various subjects. Having graduated from the prestigious London School of Economics where I studied economics, I am able to offer economics lesson to A-level and foundation degree level. In addition, I trained as a chartered accountant and therefore have an excellent base and expertise to coach students in accounting and elements of finance.

I enjoy teaching - especially subjects such as maths, economics and accounting. I also love to learn about different cultures, travelling and try different vegetarian and vegan dishes. So far, I have travelled to numerous countries including USA, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Kenya and Switzerland. I am hoping to do more travelling over the years to come. Friends describe me as someone who is intelligent, easy to get on with and fun to be around.    

Whilst in training to become a chartered accountant with one of the Big Four firms, I took on various other roles in my department. For example, I became the social champion for the team which meant I helped to organise social events such as Christmas parties and team away days where we engage in team-building activities. I was also the champion for one of the school leavers programmes we had in place. This involved presenting to several 16-18 years old students in partner schools and colleges to give students an insight into life as an accountant.  

Helping others achieve their goals, realise their true potential and motivate them to work hard in the process are traits that I have and wish to develop further.
