This course delves into and teaches the skills for essay writing. It is aimed at A-Level English literature students who would like to reach the next level through analysis and practice.
This is a course designed for English Literature A-Level students who are looking to boost their essay skills up to the next level. Students will look at example essays, assessing their strengths and weaknesses, understanding what the examiners are looking for and how to integrate assessment objectives into essays. Students will be planning and writing together, examining their style and identifying areas to focus on. Students will go away from this course having rigorously assessed their written work and with some tools to take forward to write top essays in English Literature.
