Cambridge IGCSE (0991) English as a Second Language: Exam Preparation
This course is designed for students who are already speaking English at an intermediate level but who would like to go further. Learn to use English in a range of everyday situations and in a variety of social registers.
This course is an internationally recognised qualification that provides the pathway for students to continue their studies all around the world. The course is designed for learners who are already intermediate users of English and would like to gain lifelong skills. These include better communication skills in English, the ability to understand and use English in a range of everyday situations and in a variety of social registers, and greater awareness of the nature of the language. In these lessons, students will have the opportunity to acquire more varied vocabulary, in order to talk about a range of subject matters and have more confidence in using more complex structures in their writing. In addition, students will have a chance to develop exam skills to tackle exam questions effectively and to increase their chances of gaining grades 4-9 in the examination.
