Course Overview

This course is designed for students that have ideally completed their chemistry GCSE and would like to build on the knowledge and understanding of chemistry gained during key stage 4. During the eight lessons, students will build on their current knowledge of chemistry to increase their level of understanding on topics within AS-Level chemistry. For example, we'll build on topics learnt at the GCSE level, such as atomic structure and bonding, while learning new topics such as redox reactions and enthalpy changes. By the end of this course, students will have a good understanding of the main areas studied in chemistry at AS-Level.
