Teaching Experience

I am a qualified, skilled and experienced fitness instructor, personal trainer, yoga teacher, sports massage therapist, Thai massage therapist and professional dancer with 22 years of experience in the industry.

I deal holistically with individuals and companies, and I can deal with special conditions and students and learners of all ages and abilities. I have many years of experience working with large health companies. I look at all aspects of an individual's lifestyle from sleep, water intake, exercise and nutrition to assess the help required to make my clients as fit and healthy as they possibly can be, whatever their age or condition. I believe in a healthy body and healthy mind and that we must deal with both together instead of treating them separately.

I am qualified to deal with many special conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, hypertension, postnatal and working with the elderly. I am a specialist in nutrition and weight management, clinical exercise and exercise referral, strength and sports conditioning, lifestyle management, functional training and core stability. My entire life has been dedicated to the health and fitness industry.

About Natalie G

I live and breathe what I teach. I lead a healthy, fitness driven lifestyle and believe in balance with everything. I used to be overweight, unfit and suffered from an overeating problem and also Bulimia Nervosa. I was able to conquer this entirely in my early 20's using therapy and transformed my image and confidence. I was delighted to be chosen to be Miss Scotland in my 30's!

Exercise has been my tool for wellbeing throughout my entire life, and I have been on a journey of learning every area of physical and mental wellbeing to be able to teach and train my students how to be the most healthy version of themselves. I don't believe we should be disadvantaged by disability or conditions and have worked with many clients and patients with a range of different conditions, ailments and illnesses and showed them what they are capable of doing with their bodies.

I believe exercise can be adapted for all ages, and we need to look at the correlation between physical exercise and its effect on mental wellbeing. I use exercise, yoga and meditation as a tool to manage my own life stresses and believe we all should. I enjoy many healthy activities such as running, yoga, weights, climbing, hiking, horse riding and cycling.

I enjoy transforming my students' lives and converting them into a lover of exercise and making it a habit for life. I look forward to meeting you in my classes, helping you feel the best you can do, having some fun and sharing my wisdom with you.
