Arithmetic Foundation: Addition and Subtraction

Course Overview

This programme supports students in developing their foundational understanding of addition and subtraction. Throughout this course, students will be supported with a nurturing approach, promoting the value of education and a love of maths. This lesson series uses the most up-to-date teaching techniques and methodology to improve children's mathematical understanding through a variety of fun and engaging explanations and activities. The programme covers a range of different exercises and topics, including solving missing number problems and adding and subtracting numbers with up to three digits. As well as laying an important foundation in arithmetic for young learners, this course is also aimed at creating mathematicians for the long term and inspiring a fundamental interest in the subject.
