Course Overview

The concept of free medicine is about going back to basics and keeping health simple. Free medicine is made up of habits that are free or low cost, but that can greatly improve your health. This course trains students to use free medicine habits to establish progress over perfection in their health routines. For example, forming the routine of having a consistent good night's sleep is probably one of the most important things you can do for your health. This series of lessons enables you to start with the foundations of health which are thousands and thousands of years old, rather than starting with paying lots of money for the latest bio-hack and supplement. Taking this four-week course is essential for anyone curious about taking ownership over their own health. Students learn strategies to support their own wellbeing, from understanding how to move more throughout the day to using the cold to strengthen your immune system. There will also be a guided breath work demonstration. In addition, students who sign up to the course can fill in an optional health assessment before the first lesson to enable teaching at a highly personal level. From this assessment, the course will be adapted according to individual health goals or concerns.
