Without a support system of positive habits, basic self-care or a routine that aligns to our life, we can often miss the opportunity to reach our potential. Things get out of sync, we lack energy and lose focus on what’s important to us. This course is for students who want to discover how to create positive habits that don’t take up all their time, aren’t a constant battle to stick to and really help them live with more purpose, energy and efficiency. 
Each lesson explores the importance of habits, how to maximise time so it works for you, identify mindset tricks and learn how to create habits that stick.
