Our breathing is influenced by our thoughts, and our thoughts and physiology can be influenced by our breath. Learning to breathe consciously helps restore balance in the mind and body, makes one’s lifestyle healthier and supports healing processes.
On this course, students learn and practice some of the breathing techniques within just eight sessions, while learning about the benefits and limitations of the Pranayama strategies.
