Course Overview



We know how to give love but don't always know how to receive it. Anxiety, health challenges and lack of self-care seem to consume our days. Now is the time to put yourself and your mental health first. Then, and only then, can you help others to do the same. Students are taught loving-kindness and self-care techniques alongside mindfulness and meditation and guided through how to incorporate these practices into their daily routine. The programme teaches how to say no to what does not serve you and yes to what does. Students will be shown positive coping tools to deal with stress, anxiety, illness and overwhelming thoughts. This course also gives students time for optional sharing to support one another with personal experiences.
