Course Overview



This course is a shared and supportive safe space where kindness, curiosity and non-judgment is encouraged. Benefits of the course include improvement with stress-related issues, depressive disorders, anxiety disorder, anger-related issues and addiction. It can also help with physical illness and improve quality of life. The format of the course cultivates a feeling of calm and increased emotional awareness, self-esteem and self-acceptance. Students do not need to be experienced with mindfulness or art to take this course, as it is suitable for complete beginners. All students need to have is paper and some coloured pens, pencils or paints.
